sleeping problem

ASSALAMUALAIKUM

Since I am a night-person, it is hard for me to rotate my habit from sleep on 12 a.m to 10 p.m

last night, I tried. not last night only, last 2 and 3 night also.

But failed. Last night I waited 3 hours from 10 pm (kabo je la 1 am kan sonang) muahaha

and then sleep like a baby. tambah pulak tak berapa sihat. It's hard to control.

I guess apart from usaha-usaha fizikal, mungkin kena tambah usaha dari segi mental.

like become lebih bersemangat untuk tidur awal dan bangun lebih awal.

subuh kat sini around 4 macam tu lah, so bangun awal tu boleh but kalau tak cukup tido tendency to sleep again in loooong hours mungkin lagi tinggi. phewww.

besar cabaran ni. semoga dapat lah tidur awal pasni.

I cant thank our Allah enough since I am living here alone so it is easy for me to do any change or buat penambahbaikan untuk diri sendiri since tak terikat dengan apa-apa aktiviti related to others.

cuma sunyi sikit sebab tak ada orang nak ajak gi jalan-jalan. muahaha. my Thai friends ada cuma biasanya diorang suka lepak makan, non halal foods, it's hard to lepak too. it's okay, I dont mind at all.

kita tengoklah malam ni macam mana. time nak tido tu lah fikir research, fikir macam-macam, I think I need to re-think on how I use my brain every day. muahaha. so that during night I dont have to think about that anymo.
